Oh my, if ever I needed a vibrant “green glow” juice to reset the system after some major overindulgence!
Lots of vegan cheese, desserts & champagne at my holiday party last night means I am a bit less than fresh this morning. Nothing a little fresh pressed liquid green can’t fix, & thank goodness for a fridge filled with fresh, local, organic ingredients.
- 4 collard leaves
- 1 head of bok choy
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 broccoli stalks
- 1 large cucumber (peeled if not organic)
- 1 small green apple
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 inch knob of ginger, peeled
- Wash, prep, & peel ingredients & feed through a juicer.
Ahhhh, that’s better. All re-hydrated & ready for some hot yoga! And can we talk about this weather, Southern California? Um, hello summer in December!
