Any cleanse where I can eat pancakes for breakfast on the final day, is a cleanse I can get behind! It’s my last day on this “Ayurvedic Winter Cleanse” & I am feeling wonderful!
These gluten-free goodies are made with Bob’s Red Mill GF flour, homemade almond milk, fresh pear juice, banana & ghee. They can be made vegan too by substituting coconut oil. They’re topped with a “Sweet & Spicy Fruit Compote” that I adapted using apple, pear, dates & kumquat, spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger & lemon. Such a nice treat.
